While you are a guest at Casitas de Gila Guesthouses, there are excellent riding opportunities available from experienced outfitters in our area. They offer horseriding from 3 hours to all day to overnight pack trips in the Gila National Forest and Gila Wilderness.

A trip into the Gila on horseback is a tremendous experience, even if you only ride for a fewhours! The scenery here will be appreciated by both novice and experienced riders alike.

For day rides and pack trips, we recommend Wolfhorse Outfitters, located a few miles east of Silver City in Arenas Valley. Please contact them directly before you arrive in the area to make reservations for horseriding while you are here.
